This Privacy Policy is a translation of the Czech original. In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version shall prevail.

You may voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter through the form on our website. We use Brevo (Brevo SAS, France) to manage newsletter distribution and process subscriber email addresses.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any newsletter email, or by contacting us at hello@deskhide.cz.

5. Data Recipients

We share your personal data only with the following third parties, as necessary to fulfill your order:

  • Stripe (Stripe, Inc., USA) — payment processing
  • Zasilkovna / PPL / DPD — shipping and delivery
  • Brevo (Brevo SAS, France) — newsletter distribution (only if you are subscribed)

We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.

6. Data Retention

  • Order data — retained for the period required by tax and accounting regulations (10 years)
  • Newsletter email — until you unsubscribe
  • Cookies — for the duration of the session or as specified by the respective cookie

7. Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies required for the proper functioning of the site. For traffic analysis, we may use Google Analytics — in which case, you will be asked for consent via a cookie banner.
