Free Shipping

All orders ship free of charge within the Czech Republic and across the European Union.

Processing Time

Each pad is handmade to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for production after your order is confirmed.

Delivery within Czech Republic

We ship via the following carriers within the Czech Republic:

Zasilkovna — pickup points and Z-Boxes across the Czech Republic
PPL — door-to-door delivery

Typical delivery time within the Czech Republic is 1–3 business days after dispatch.

International Delivery (EU)

We ship to Slovakia, Germany, Austria, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, and Spain via PPL and DPD.

Typical delivery time within the EU is 3–7 business days after dispatch. There are no customs duties or additional fees for deliveries within the European Union.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking link via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Undelivered Packages / Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address or are experiencing delivery issues, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@deskhide.cz. We will do our best to redirect the shipment while it is still possible.
