Initials included
Different for each recipient, 1–2 characters. A longer text of up to 10 characters costs €13 per pad.
Your company logo
On every pad in the order. €65 once per order, free from 15 pads.
Company invoice
Company ID, VAT ID and registered address go straight into the cart. Larger batches are invoiced as agreed.
Free shipping
With Packeta to the company address or a pickup point. We can also send the gifts to recipients individually.
Why a leather desk pad as a corporate gift
Branded mugs and power banks disappear into drawers. A desk pad stays where it is put: under the hands eight hours a day, and because it is full-grain leather it looks better with time, not worse. The recipient's initials make a corporate gift personal without anything loud on it.
There is also a story to tell: every pad is cut, finished and embossed by hand in our Czech workshop, from hides tanned in Europe. Our post from the workshop shows how.

Your logo on every pad
Alongside the recipient's initials, every pad in the order carries your company logo. In leather it reads as part of the product rather than an advertisement, and it stays on the desk as long as the pad does.
Send us the logo as a vector file (PDF, SVG or AI). We agree the size and placement with you before production so the logo and the initials do not get in each other's way.

Questions from companies
Do you issue a company invoice?
Yes. Tick "I am buying for a company" in the cart and fill in the company ID, VAT ID and registered address; we use them on the invoice. For larger orders arranged through the form, we invoice as agreed.
Is there a minimum quantity?
No. One pad or a small batch can be ordered directly in the shop; for larger quantities we agree the price and timing individually.
Can you emboss our logo?
Yes. We emboss your company logo on every pad in the order for a one-time €65; on orders of 15 pads or more it is free. We need the logo as a vector file (PDF, SVG or AI) and agree the size and placement with you before production.
Can the logo be combined with initials?
Yes, that is the most common option: the company logo on every pad and each recipient's own initials. We place the two so they do not get in each other's way.
How long does a larger order take?
Regular orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. For larger batches we confirm the date in the quote; before Christmas, please get in touch early.
